1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the hd444 online gaming platform and its users ("Member" or "User"). Some important definitions used in these Terms are as follows:

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected from the same mobile number, email address, bank account or device, all associated accounts may be suspended or terminated and any balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and up to date. hd444 may at any time request additional documentation for identity verification. In the event of discrepancies or provision of false information, the account may be terminated.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

The member is responsible for keeping their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Please note the following:

• Never share your password with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify hd444 support immediately.
• hd444's liability is limited in the event of unauthorized access to your account.
• If you log in from a shared device, make sure to log out every time.
• You are responsible for all transactions carried out on your account.

hd444 will never ask for your password via email or message. If you receive any such message, treat it as phishing and notify our support team immediately.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at hd444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.

• Deposited funds are only accepted from the registered payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• A maximum deposit limit may be set from time to time.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. For successfully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated in the terms.

5.3 VIP Program Terms

Participation in the VIP program is entirely voluntary. hd444 reserves the right to change the VIP tier benefits, cashback rates or the structure of the VIP program at any time. hd444's decision is final in determining VIP status.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

• Any bet created due to a technical error will be considered void.

• Attempts to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Transacting with illegal third-party funds.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 hd444's Rights

hd444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• On suspicion of fraud or deception.
• If identity verification fails.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.
• On suspicion of account use by a minor.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may also request closure of their account at any time. In such cases, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, however withdrawal may be held if an ongoing investigation is in progress or wagering requirements have not been met.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request that your account be closed.
